The Filbert Street Pedestrian Improvement Project was selected for funding based on public requests and the need for a safe pedestrian route on Filbert Street between Saltzman Road and Murray Boulevard.
This construction project includes a new sidewalk along one side of Filbert Street, between Saltzman Road and Murray Boulevard. It will provide a safe walkway for pedestrians, separate from vehicles, and add ADA-compliant curb ramps.
The project, estimated at $1.3 million, is funded through both House Bill 2017 and Gain Share.
